How would you like to sit back, relax and soak up the ministry at this years convention, without having to worry about whether you have packed enough colouring books, story books,snacks,drinks etc.to keep your little one occupied during the service.

Help is at hand- This year as a pilot scheme we are offering a nursery on site right next to the marquee, with telephone links to the service in case we need to contact you.

The nursery will be managed by a registered Proprietor of a local Swansea Area  Day Nursery, and run on a daily basis by 2 qualified and very experienced nursery nurses (N.N.E.B.),both of whom have current CRB certificates(police checks) and hold first aid certificates for babies and children.
Your little ones will be looked after in a safe, secure, stimulating and fun environment, while you enjoy your meeting.

The nursery will provide care from the ages of 3 months to 5 years.
Spaces are strictly limited, and at present we estimate that there will be 12 spaces per service. Spaces will need to be booked beforehand in order for us to know how many volunteer staff to rota on per service. (In order to keep prices to a bare minimum we are employing 2 qualified staff who will be in charge as previously stated and then we will be asking for church volunteers, all of whom will be  approved by their local church.

The ratio of staff to children will be as follows:

• 0-2years     3 to 1 staff member
• 2-3 years    4 to 1 staff member
• 3-5 years    8 to 1 staff member

Due to the short time span of the convention the nursery does not have to be registered with the Swansea branch of the Care Standards Inspectorate of Wales although they have been fully informed. However please be assured that it will be still running under the strict policy and procedure guidelines that they give to permanent registered day nurseries.
